Location: San Francisco Bay Area

Schedule: Full-time | Day Shift | Monday–Friday (occasional weekends)

Compensation

$40-45+/hour DOE + Employee Stock Options (ESOP) + Outstanding Benefits

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead and supervise underground utility crews on heavy civil construction projects.
• Plan daily and weekly work schedules to maximize productivity and meet project milestones.
• Coordinate field crews, equipment, subcontractors, and materials.
• Assign work and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Oversee excavation activities and underground utility installations.
• Maintain a safe jobsite and enforce OSHA and company safety standards.
• Communicate project progress with superintendents and project management.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience as an Underground Foreman in heavy civil construction.
• Experience leading underground utility or excavation crews.
• Strong knowledge of underground construction methods, equipment, and jobsite safety.
• Proven leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to read plans and coordinate daily field operations.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work at multiple project sites throughout the Bay Area.
