About the Role

Mojo Trek is seeking an IT Quality/Test Engineer I to support a data-focused testing team responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and reliability of enterprise data pipelines and platform operations.

What You'll Do

• Design and execute tests for data pipelines and workflows.
• Identify defects, validate fixes, and support issue resolution.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Monitor data quality and operational performance.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and Data Stewards to improve overall platform quality.

What You'll Need (Required)

• 1-2 years of software testing and/or software development experience.
• SQL (Snowflake preferred).
• Java / Spring Boot.
• AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a quality-first mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
