About us
Bitget US is building a secure, customer-focused, and scalable digital-asset business serving the U.S. market. We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Head of Finance to lead accounting, financial reporting, treasury, planning, and control functions for the U.S. business.
The Head of Finance will help build and maintain a strong financial-control environment, support sound decision-making, and coordinate finance-related requirements with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
The role will work closely with Legal, Compliance, Operations, Technology, and senior leadership to ensure financial processes are well documented, appropriately controlled, and aligned with applicable business, contractual, and regulatory obligations.
This position is well suited to a finance leader with strong controllership, treasury, financial-planning, and operational leadership experience in financial services, fintech, capital markets, or other regulated environments.
What you'll do
Financial Operations and Controls

- Develop, implement, and maintain finance policies, procedures, and internal controls appropriate to the business’s activities and risk profile.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes, including management reporting and financial statement preparation.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, liquidity, and operating expenses; identify and escalate material financial risks and variances.
- Manage treasury processes, banking relationships, payment controls, cash forecasting, and authorized investment activity.
- Support the design and operation of controls relating to the handling, reconciliation, and safeguarding of customer-related assets or funds, where applicable.
- Coordinate finance inputs for filings, reports, examinations, and other requirements applicable to the business and its entities, in partnership with Compliance, Legal, and external advisors.
Business Partnership and Leadership
- Partner with executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, pricing, investment decisions, and profitability initiatives.
- Provide timely financial analysis and practical recommendations to support growth, resource allocation, and risk-management decisions.
- Lead and develop the finance team, establishing clear responsibilities, performance standards, and scalable operating processes.
- Coordinate annual audits, tax compliance, financial statement preparation, and reporting to shareholders or affiliated entities, as applicable.
- Build productive relationships with external auditors, banking partners, service providers, consultants, and other relevant counterparties.
- Work cross-functionally with Operations, Compliance, Legal, Technology, Product, and Commercial teams to understand business activity and strengthen financial processes.
- Support finance-related diligence, vendor oversight, new-product reviews, and operational readiness initiatives.
