Human Resources Executive (Healthcare)

Job Title: HR Executive – HealthcareWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support HR operations within a healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will have experience managing employee lifecycle processes, coordinating visa and immigration requirements, administering medical and malpractice insurance, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage confidential information, and effective coordination with internal departments and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• HR Operations
• Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and orientation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Support attendance, leave management, and employee record administration.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Visa & Immigration Coordination
• Coordinate employment visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and status changes.
• Track visa expiry dates and ensure timely renewals.
• Liaise with government authorities, PROs, and immigration consultants.
• Maintain accurate visa and immigration documentation for all employees.
• Medical Insurance Administration
• Coordinate employee enrollment, additions, deletions, and renewals of medical insurance.
• Assist employees with insurance-related queries and claims.
• Work closely with insurance providers to resolve policy and coverage issues.
• Maintain updated insurance records and ensure timely renewals.
• Malpractice Insurance
• Coordinate professional malpractice insurance applications and renewals for healthcare professionals.
• Maintain records of policy validity and ensure continuous coverage.
• Liaise with insurance providers regarding documentation and policy requirements.
• Employee Documentation & Compliance
• Monitor expiry dates of passports, visas, insurance policies, and other mandatory documents.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely renewals.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Prepare reports related to employee documentation, visa status, and insurance renewals.HR Support
• Respond to employee HR-related queries.
• Coordinate with recruitment and finance teams on employee onboarding requirements.
• Assist in HR audits and compliance activities.
• Support HR projects and other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2–5 years of HR experience, required in the UAE healthcare sector.
• Experience in HR operations, visa processing, and insurance coordination.
• Knowledge of labor laws and healthcare compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
