Job Summary

HR Business Partnering & Strategy: Execute HR business partnering strategies aligned with organizational goals, ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and HR policies, and provide HR advisory support to business leaders.

Workforce Planning & Talent Management: Manage workforce planning, headcount, budgets, employee movements, performance management, team development, and workforce optimization.

Outsourced Workforce & Vendor Management: Oversee outsourced workforce lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, contract management, attendance, invoicing, vendor performance, SLA compliance, and contractual governance.

Employee Relations & HR Operations: Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, HR requests, recruitment escalations, policy interpretation, and ensure fair and compliant HR practices.

Emiratization & Compliance: Lead Emiratization initiatives, monitor nationalization targets, leverage Nafis programs, prepare compliance reports, and ensure adherence to MOHRE regulations.HR Reporting & Analytics: Prepare HR dashboards and MIS reports covering headcount, workforce utilization, employee movements, outsourced workforce, and Emiratization while ensuring HR data integrity and actionable insights.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Rewards, Learning & Development, HR Operations, business units, and external vendors to deliver integrated HR solutions, improve processes, and enhance employee experience.
