Business Office Manager

Beth Anne Place

Beth Anne Place is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Office Manager to join our team. This role reports directly to the Executive Director and is responsible for overseeing all business office functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable, including review and collections
• Oversee financial approvals for new admissions and move-ins
• Assist with Medicaid applications and redeterminations
• Handle payroll reporting and onboarding of new hires
• Utilize PointClickCare (PCC) as needed (experience preferred)

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Illinois Medicaid required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Prior Business Office Manager or senior living experience strongly preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
