Job Type: 3 – month contract role

Resource will be a coordinator who will drive all logistics aspects of the new US Early Careers candidate season which starts at volume in August and runs through the Autumn.

-- Includes overall oversight of US Early Careers coordination for the 2026 Autumn season including closing out on our Summer internship program, campus visits and recruiting, prep for follow-on stages of the recruiting process, etc.

-- Resource is a backfill for a company resource on leave – assume 3 months from 1 August – end October.

-- Hybrid role -- ideally this resource will be on the ground 60:40 in the Chicago office given hands on nature of the role.

Key activities

•Coordinate overall end-to-end recruitment logistics for graduate hiring for the 2026 season which ramps up starting in August

•Work with recruiting teams to organize and support on campus recruitment activities including careers fairs type activities etc.

•Event planning and logistics management

•Support recruitment team and hiring managers with recruitment administration and overall ownership of logistics for key activities

•Work closely with stakeholders across the process – recruiters, hiring managers, candidates

•Strong project management skills and attention to detail

•Strong event planning and logistics management skills

•Strong written and verbal communication skills

•Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high volume environment

•Strong problem solving skills

•Strong Microsoft Office suite experience (Excel, Work, PowerPoint, Teams)

•Relationship building and recruitment coordinator and candidate outreach / scheduling experience

•Campus and university recruitment experience
