Chef's Kitchen a broadline food distributor to 8 states surrounding Chicago is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to serve as our Warehouse Manager. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies that support long-term business objectives and enhance overall organizational performance.
• Lead and supervise multiple teams across various functions, promoting a high-performance culture rooted in accountability and collaboration.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to ensure optimal operational efficiency and financial health.
• Drive process improvements by analyzing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and deploying innovative solutions to streamline operations.
• Oversee project management initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget constraints.
• Lead change management efforts by communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels and guiding teams through transformation initiatives.
