Cabin Crew Member

Cabin Crew Member: Join our team and be a vital part of ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests during their journey. As a Cabin Crew Member, you will deliver exceptional service by conducting pre-flight briefings, assisting guests with inquiries, and helping with carry-on items.

You will have the opportunity to market, sell, and serve a variety of snacks and beverages while actively checking emergency equipment and ensuring cabin safety.

Your responsibilities will also include leading and assisting during emergency situations, administering first aid, and managing incidents like turbulence or flight delays. Adhere to all Federal Aviation Regulations as well as our company's policies and procedures. Responsibilities may shift as circumstances change, so adaptability is key.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or GED is required; a college degree is preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience in guest service, hospitality, or sales/merchandising.
• Willingness to attend and successfully complete a 4-week initial training program.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Height requirement: Minimum of 5'0" without shoes.
• Able to lift 50 lbs from the floor to above shoulder level and reach overhead bins.
• No visible tattoos and must comply with our piercing policy: two matching earrings in earlobes only, no other visible piercings.
• Ability to fasten a four-point jump seat harness without extension devices.
• Must have a valid passport with at least six months of validity for international travel.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Dependable, energetic, a team player, and capable of demonstrating leadership and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays.
• Comfortable working in close quarters with service animals and snack items.
• Effective communication skills in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Polished, professional, and conservative appearance at all times.
• A driver’s license is preferred.
