1st and 2nd Grade Classroom Teacher

Seeking a passionate and dedicated 1st & 2nd Grade Teacher to join our Lutheran parochial elementary school.

We are looking for an educator who has a heart for teaching and a desire to help students grow academically, personally, and in their faith. Our ideal candidate creates a positive, engaging classroom environment where every child is encouraged to reach their God-given potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (teaching license preferred, if applicable)
• Passion for elementary education and student success
• Commitment to Christian values and faith-based education
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Creative, engaging, and student-centered teaching style
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Collaborative team player who enjoys serving others and contributing to a supportive school community
