Guest Experience Representative - Level II

This position is responsible for facilitating the customer’s experience at X Dubai’s attraction or facility. this position will reflect X Dubai’s brand in a face to face interaction with customers and guests.

Note - This role will be at Edge Walk and will be based in Address Sky View Hotel Dubai Downtown.

Daily opening and closing procedures of EdgewalkSupervising the progress and experience of each assigned group.

Usher the guests.

Fitting harness and helmets correctly and supervising the use of all safety equipment.

Conducting pre-tour safety orientation for each tour group.

Using customer engagement skills to ensure a memorable experience for each guest.

Assuring the safety and wellbeing of guests throughout each tour.

• Help and resolve customer complaints and questions
• Demonstrate a high level of customer service
• Keep all filing up to date for database - sales and members
• Servicing existing reservations of guests including upgrading, modifying and taking payments for existing reservations.

Go the extra mile to engage customersInform customer of deals and promotionsAssists in the upkeep of the facility.

Assist and collaborate with the team on events and projectsPerform all other duties assigned by supervisor or manager High school diploma or equivalent. Previous 3 years of experience in retail or customer service preferred.
