Professional Land Surveyor (PLS)

Take the next step in your surveying career with a close-knit team near Chicago that values client service and end-to-end project ownership. This office-based Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) position offers little to no field work and provides the opportunity to grow while managing projects from start to finish.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this PLS position include

• Illinois Professional Land Surveyor license required
• 10+ years of professional land surveying experience required (15+ preferred)
• Manage surveying projects from start to finish, including project and crew management
• Support and coordinate with survey crews and internal office staff to ensure timely, accurate delivery
• Review survey work and help maintain a fast-paced, client-focused workflow
• Eventually sign and seal plats as needed
• Experience with ALTA/NSPS, mortgage, condominium, construction, boundary, and/or topographic surveys
• AutoCAD Civil 3D experience

Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
