Role Description The Co-Store Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Los Angeles, CA. This role partners with the Store Manager to lead daily store operations, including sales floor supervision, merchandising execution, and inventory control to ensure an engaging, well-organized, and customer-focused environment.

The Co-Store Manager supports and develops store team members through coaching, performance feedback, and scheduling, while promoting a culture of teamwork, inclusion, and customer obsession. Day-to-day responsibilities include driving sales, analyzing store performance metrics, implementing company initiatives, overseeing loss prevention and compliance, and ensuring brand standards are consistently met.

The role also involves collaborating with leadership to plan local community engagement activities and supporting talent recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership and store operations skills, including experience supervising teams, managing schedules, overseeing inventory, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
• Customer service and sales skills, with a proven ability to build relationships, resolve issues constructively, and drive sales performance in a fast-paced environment.
• Team development and communication skills, including coaching, delivering feedback, facilitating training, and promoting collaboration among diverse team members.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret store metrics, identify opportunities, and implement action plans to improve results.
• Basic business and administrative skills, including cash handling oversight, compliance with company policies, and attention to detail in operational processes.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Los Angeles, CA, with schedule flexibility including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Previous retail management or supervisory experience preferred; experience in footwear, apparel, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, retail management, or related fields is beneficial.
