Days/Hours

Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm; 10-15 hours/week

Duties

• Process accounts payable
• Assist with accounting tasks such as data entry and reconciliations
• Provide administrative support to the Publications Accounting team
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding accounts payable matters
• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records

Requirements

• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle a variety of priorities and deadlines
• Good communication and time management skills
• Working knowledge of Excel and Word
• Previous accounting experience or an accounting minor or have some accounting knowledge
• Must be available to work all year, including finals, winter & summer break
• Open to Freshmen, Sophomores and Juniors
