Executive AssistantLocation: Dubai, UAEOur client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a global Leadership Team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced EA who enjoys working in a fast-paced, international environment and thrives on managing multiple priorities.

The successful candidate will support senior leaders across different regions and time zones, acting as a trusted point of contact while ensuring the smooth day-to-day coordination of meetings, travel, communications and administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide executive support to multiple senior leadership team members.
• Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones.
• Coordinate international travel, accommodation and itineraries.
• Organise internal and external meetings, including agendas and minutes where required.
• Prioritise and manage changing schedules and competing demands.
• Support business projects and leadership initiatives.
• Prepare presentations, reports and other documentation.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners globally.
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive business information.
• Assist with event planning and leadership meetings.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting senior leadership.
• Experience working within a global or multinational organisation is advantageous.
• Comfortable coordinating across different time zones and cultures.
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Able to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
• Professional, adaptable and dependable with excellent attention to detail.
