Key responsibilities· Reply to incoming client calls to help with tax questions and set appointments.· Produce other related duties and participate in special projects assigned.· Arrange transaction tax returns manually utilizing various methods (Paper, E File, EDI Upload) with various government agencies.· Compute and invoice for form preparation fees· Type appropriate data into Tax software application· Interact with clients to gather required information/documents.
