Spa Receptionist

Job Summary

We are seeking a warm, professional, and well-presented Spa Receptionist to be the face of our luxurious spa/salon for Men. You will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a welcoming and seamless front-desk experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and customer service skills, and is passionate about wellness and beauty.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients with a warm and friendly manner, providing a high standard of customer service.
• Handle phone calls, WhatsApp, and online bookings efficiently and professionally.
• Schedule and confirm client appointments using the salon’s booking system.
• Provide information on services, prices, and promotions.
• Assist clients with check-in/check-out and process payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the reception area.
• Coordinate with therapists, stylists, and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle client queries, concerns, or complaints calmly and effectively.
• Support administrative duties including inventory records and daily reports.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role, preferably in a spa/salon or hospitality environment.
• Presentable, professional appearance with excellent grooming standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using booking systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Positive attitude, team player, and customer-focused mindset.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
