The platform supports institutes in managing, conducting, and evaluating mock tests and practice exams for various competitive government examinations.

It also serves individual students preparing for government jobs by offering accessible online test resources. Competition Tayari aims to simplify exam preparation, improve performance tracking, and enhance learning outcomes for both institutes and learners.

Role Description The Owner role at Competition Tayari is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The Owner oversees day-to-day operations of the online exam portal, including strategic planning, service development, and coordination with coaching institutes and educational partners.

Responsibilities include managing business growth, supervising staff, ensuring platform reliability, and monitoring customer satisfaction. The Owner is expected to handle financial planning and budgeting, oversee marketing and outreach activities, and guide product improvements based on user feedback.

This role also involves maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and fostering a collaborative, ethical work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills to oversee operations and guide staff effectively.
• Business development, sales, and client relationship management skills to build and maintain partnerships with coaching institutes.
• Basic understanding of online platforms, educational technology, and exam processes for government job preparation.
• Financial management, budgeting, and planning capabilities to ensure sustainable growth and operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Education, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
• Experience in the education, coaching, or edtech sector is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur and manage responsibilities in a dynamic, evolving environment.
