Medical Receptionist

We are seeking a highly professional and client-focused Medical Receptionist to join our premium aesthetic clinic in Al Barsha 2, Dubai.

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience. We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, a polished and well-groomed professional appearance, outstanding communication abilities, and a genuine passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients in a warm, courteous, and professional manner
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
• Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and patient inquiries promptly
• Register new patients and maintain accurate medical records
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and clinic staff to ensure smooth daily operations
• Process payments and issue invoices
• Handle patient concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area
• Assist with administrative duties and clinic documentation
• Deliver a premium customer experience that reflects the clinic's high standards

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or Receptionist in an aesthetic clinic or salon, dermatology clinic, cosmetic clinic, dental clinic, or healthcare facility is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (additional languages are an advantage)
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Professional, polished, and well-groomed presentation suitable for a luxury client-facing environment
• Confident, approachable, and able to build rapport with patients
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable using appointment scheduling systems and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
