IDGroup is an award-winning architecture and interior design studio based in Los Angeles. For more than two decades, we have designed highly crafted residential, hospitality, and commercial environments that are thoughtful, timeless, and meticulously detailed.
Our work is deeply rooted in the relationship between architecture, interiors, furniture, and craftsmanship. We believe exceptional design is achieved when every element—from the overall building to the smallest custom detail—is considered as part of a cohesive whole.
As a design-led practice, we are involved in every phase of our projects, from concept through construction, custom furnishings, procurement, and installation.
In addition to our client work, we own and operate Cuyama Buckhorn, an award-winning boutique hotel and restaurant, providing our team with the unique opportunity to continually design, refine, and operate one of our own hospitality projects.
We are seeking a talented Design Architect with extensive experience in high-end modern luxury residential architecture.
This position will work directly with the firm's CEO and Lead Designer on some of our most architecturally significant projects. We are looking for someone who is equally passionate about architecture, interiors, furniture, and craftsmanship—someone who enjoys resolving every detail rather than simply producing drawings.
The ideal candidate understands that great architecture extends beyond the building envelope. They appreciate proportion, materials, custom millwork, furniture, lighting, and the countless details that transform a building into a complete design experience.
Technical Experience
Bonus Qualifications
Your portfolio should include both design work and technical documentation, including examples of construction documents, architectural details, millwork drawings, and luxury residential projects. Examples of custom furniture, interiors, or product design are highly encouraged.
