Senior Attorneys take ownership of their cases from strategy through resolution, with the autonomy to litigate decisively and the support of a dedicated team of associates, paralegals, and legal assistants.

Join an award-winning California employment team known for securing significant single-plaintiff settlements and verdicts in high-impact matters involving retaliation, harassment, discrimination, wage violations, protected leave, and wrongful termination.

What You’ll Own

• Develop case strategy focused on strong, efficient outcomes.
• Lead matters through discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial.
• Take and defend depositions and lead meet-and-confer efforts.
• Advocate for clients in hearings, negotiations, mediations, and trials.
• Guide and develop the team supporting your caseload.

Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Seven plus years of experience specializing in employment litigation.
• Experience serving as Lead Attorney for FEHA matters.
• Superior analytical and legal research skills.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Ability to provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to Associates, Paralegals, and Legal Assistants

Compensation

• $175,000 - $250,000 depending on experience
