From established solo and boutique practices to respected small and mid-size firms, these are businesses that invest in their attorneys, offer real progression, and value the people who do the work rather than treating them as billing units.

We are hiring at every level, from Junior Associate through to Senior Associate, Of Counsel and Partner-track, with live openings across our law-firm clients in LA, California. Most roles are firm-based, on-site or hybrid near the office, with some remote possible where firms allow.

• What You Would Be Doing(varies by level and practice area)
• Managing your own caseload or matters, from intake through resolution
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating documents, pleadings, motions or agreements
• Building and maintaining direct client relationships as a trusted advisor
• Conducting legal research and staying current on developments in your practice area
• Mentoring, training and reviewing the work of more junior attorneys and paralegals (Senior level and above)
• Managing engagements, matter budgets and, where applicable, a book of business (Of Counsel and Partner level)

What We Are Looking For

• A Juris Doctor (J.D.) and active bar admission in good standing in at least one US state
• Currently practicing at a law firm (associates through senior and of counsel; partners with a portable book are welcome)
• Experience in one or more of our eight practice areas
• US citizen or work-authorized (these roles do not offer visa sponsorship)
• Strong communication skills and a detail-oriented, client-focused approach
• Indicative Salary Ranges
• Compensation varies by market, firm size and practice area, these are indicative ranges rather than fixed figures.

First-Year Attorney: $105,000 to $168,0002 to 3 years' experience: $129,000 to $198,0004 to 9 years' experience: $145,000 to $228,00010+ years' experience: $184,000 to $259,000Partner / Partner-track: dependent on the firm and the size of your bookWhat Is on OfferBenefits vary by firm, but our clients typically offer:
