Remote Labor and Employment Attorney

Our client is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Attorney to join their collaborative team advising employers on a broad range of workplace and employment matters. Remote Labor and Employment Attorney Responsibilities

• Advise clients on employment law matters, including hiring, discipline, termination, accommodations, and workplace policies
• Draft and review employment agreements, handbooks, policies, and related documents
• Handle administrative charges before agencies such as the EEOC, DOL, and state agencies, including preparing position statements and responses
• Counsel clients on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
• Support employment-related disputes and provide strategic guidance during pre-litigation matters
• Conduct and advise on internal workplace investigations
• Provide training and practical guidance on employment law developments and best practices
• Monitor legal developments and deliver business-focused legal advice

Remote Labor and Employment Attorney Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership
• 5+ years of labor and employment law experience
• Background in employment counseling, compliance, and dispute management
• Experience handling administrative charges and agency matters preferred
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to independently manage multiple matters and deadlines
• Practical, client-focused approach to legal problem solving
