The company is currently seeking a part-time Bartender Tipped to join its dynamic team at PIH HEALTH GOOD SAMARITAN HOSPITAL. This position offers a competitive pay rate of $23.00 per hour and a flexible schedule, primarily during afternoon and evening shifts, with some weekend and holiday work required.

The bartender role at Sodexo goes beyond simply mixing and serving drinks; it is a key customer-facing position requiring excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with wait staff and other team members to deliver timely and efficient service.

In this role, you will be responsible for greeting guests warmly, preparing a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and ensuring the bar area is fully stocked and ready to meet customer demand. Attention to detail is crucial, as is the ability to handle inventory tasks such as preparing beginning counts and requisitioning supplies.

Physical stamina is also important since bartenders at Sodexo must stand or walk for extended periods and be capable of lifting moderate weights.
