As a Guest Service Associate at European Wax Center at HHLA, we’ll equip you with the tools needed to feel confident working effectively throughout your shift and closing out transactions. Compensation

$15/hour plus commission and bonuses

Responsibilities

• Open/Close the Center
• Smoothly check Guests in and out
• Process payments from Guests
• Ability to sell wax passes and retail products while offering an amazing customer service experience
• Work well with other team members
• Consistently have a fun and positive attitude!

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of experience in Sales (preferred)
• 1 year of experience in Customer Service (preferred)
• Ability to work successfully with others within a team setting
• Reliable means of transportation
