Duties

• Supervise and coordinate all aspects of guest room operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk functions
• Lead and manage hospitality teams, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Oversee guest services to ensure outstanding customer experiences, resolving issues promptly and professionally
• Manage hospitality operations budgets, including forecasting, expense control, and revenue management strategies
• Implement and monitor hotel management systems to streamline operations such as reservations, check-ins, and night audits
• Develop and enforce policies on phone etiquette, multi-line phone systems, and front desk procedures to enhance guest interactions
• Collaborate with human resources on staffing needs, training programs, and performance evaluations to maintain a motivated team

Experience

• Proven supervising experience within the hospitality industry, ideally in hotel or resort settings
• Strong background in hotel management, including managing hospitality teams and guest relations
• Knowledge of revenue management techniques and managing budgets for hospitality operations
• Experience with hotel management software systems and night audit procedures
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on customer service excellence and team development
• Familiarity with human resources practices related to staffing, training, and employee engagement
