What You'll Be Doing

• Visit active job sites daily
• Lead project kickoffs and final walkthroughs
• Build relationships with homeowners
• Hold painting crews accountable for quality and production
• Ensure projects stay on schedule
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Identify change order opportunities
• Solve problems before they become bigger problems
• Work closely with our office and Project Coordinator to keep projects running smoothly
