• Are GREAT at retail, with at least 3-5 years solid retail sales experience
• Have management experience and you can be both firm and uplifting as a manager.
• Have at least been an assistant manager or other role where you were leading others.
• Are the kind of person who looks over your own shoulder to make sure the work is done well.

...humility to realize that we're a small business and that means sometimes we're the ones sweeping up or taking out the recycling, etc.

...full Covid vaccination and staying current.

Being a purple fan is nice but definitely not required. Job skills and awesome personality are much more important to us.
