Senior Learning & Development Specialist

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in learning and development
• Proven track record of designing and delivering learning solutions
• Knowledge of adult learning methodologies
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
