Entry-Level Office Assistant

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Communication & Support: Answer incoming calls, address customer service questions, and resolve issues promptly with a helpful, professional tone.
• Scheduling: Coordinate, book, and manage appointments and calendar schedules accurately.
• Technology & Systems: Navigate internal databases, software platforms, and digital communication channels daily.
• General Office Tasks: Assist with file organization, mail, document creation, data entry, and various other day-to-day administrative needs as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Tech-Adept: High comfort level using software, internet tools, and digital databases, with a proven ability to learn and adapt to new technology systems quickly.
• Customer Service Focus: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a calm, helpful approach to resolving customer issues.
• Detail & Organization: Ability to manage calendars, schedule accurately, and handle multiple tasks cleanly.
• Punctuality: Reliable attendance for the 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM schedule.
