Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Customer Service Specialist for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Seattle, WA within an insurance contact center environment. This role is ideal for an experienced customer service professional who enjoys helping customers, resolving questions, maintaining accurate records, and working in a structured, process-driven setting.

This is a customer service focused position with no outbound sales responsibilities. The Senior Customer Service Specialist will support inbound callers, communicate with insurance agents and brokers, complete documentation, and update internal systems with accuracy. This opportunity offers a stable, professional environment where strong communication, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset are valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and provide accurate support for questions, concerns, and service requests.
• Communicate with insurance agents and brokers to verify information and support customer needs.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email with professionalism and accuracy.
• Review documentation, complete data entry, and maintain accurate customer and policy-related records.
• Update information in internal systems while following established procedures and compliance requirements.
• Learn insurance products, processes, and internal systems to effectively support customers.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay range: $48,000 to $59,000 per year.
• Job type: Temp-to-hire.
• Location: Seattle, WA.
