Fennemore
Litigation Attorney - Seattle
Fennemore, an AM Law 200 law firm that helps businesses thrive, has an immediate need for a highly skilled litigator with at least seven years of quality experience in commercial litigation to join our growing Seattle office. The successful candidate has experience managing the day-to-day conduct of complex, large-document litigation, including developing and implementing discovery strategy.
The ideal candidate has significant skill and experience in the discovery, review and management of ESI; the ability to prepare well written, interesting, cogently argued briefs without supervision on both substantive and procedural topics; significant deposition and witness examination experience; some trial experience; experience in supervising paralegals and perhaps other lawyers; and client-relation skills.
The successful candidate may work on a hybrid basis, but should be willing to be in office approximately 50% of the time. Washington Bar membership required.
The American Lawyer recently named Fennemore the #1 Law Firm in the United States for revenue growth among AM Law 200 Firms, and we consistently enjoy some of the best retention statistics in the industry. We strive to create an inclusive law firm that upholds respect for each other and our unique backgrounds.
We commit on all levels to work together to promote equal opportunity, to understand and value differences, and to foster a dignified and diverse work environment.
Fennemore’s compensation is merit-based, and varies depending upon multiple factors including experience, location and productivity. The estimated salary range for this attorney position in Seattle is between $205,000 - $235,000 annually depending upon years of experience, plus a very generous objective and subjective bonus program. The billable hours expectation for this position is 1500 hours per year.
If a candidate desires to work more than 1500 hours, that option is available with a commensurate base salary increase. The base salary and bonuses increase with more experience and productivity above expectations.
