Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain complex litigation calendars and attorney dockets
• Coordinate discovery, including organization and production of documents
• Support attorneys through all phases of litigation, including filings, motions, mediation, and trial preparation
• Assist with heavy motions practice and ensure deadlines and court requirements are met
• Prepare, proofread, and finalize legal documents and correspondence
• Collaborate with multiple attorneys and team members to ensure seamless case management

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a litigation-focused law firm
• Strong experience managing multiple cases with complex dockets and deadlines
• Proven ability to support cases through filing, discovery, mediation, and trial
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with legal software and document management systems
• Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with the ability to support multiple attorneys
