Operating within their core technology stream, you will collaborate with cross-functional global teams to deliver modern, human-centric digital products across web and mobile platforms.

Your New RoleAs a UI/UX Designer with 5 to 8 years of experience, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience for complex digital applications. You will bridge the gap between user research, business requirements, and visual design—taking products from initial discovery and wireframing through to high-fidelity prototypes and final UI implementation.

Key responsibilities include

• Conducting user research, interviews, competitor analysis, and creating user personas and journey maps.
• Designing intuitive, accessible, and responsive user experiences for web and mobile platforms.
• Translating business objectives into wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and clear UX/UI acceptance criteria.
• Developing and maintaining scalable design systems, UI component libraries, and design guidelines.
• Collaborating closely with Product Managers, Developers, and QA teams within Agile/Scrum/SAFe frameworks (using Jira/DevOps).
• Presenting design concepts and recommendations clearly to both business and technical stakeholders.

What You'll Need to SucceedExperience

5 to 8 years of dedicated UI/UX design experience across web and mobile platforms.

Research & UX Foundations: Strong background in user research, information architecture, customer journey mapping, and interaction design.

Tooling Proficiency: Advanced skills in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.

Agile & Technical Collaboration: Proven experience working in Agile delivery environments, paired with a solid understanding of front-end concepts (HTML/CSS/JS) to collaborate effectively with engineers.

Standards & Accessibility: In-depth knowledge of responsive design principles and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).

Communication: Exceptional visual storytelling and stakeholder management skills to articulate design rationale.
