Job Site Foreman

Ramex Excavating is looking for an experienced Job Site Foreman to join our growing team. We are a mass excavation and underground utility contractor serving the greater Seattle area. We are looking for a motivated leader who can manage crews, keep projects on schedule, and maintain a safe, productive job site.

Position Details

• Full-time
• Day shift
• Competitive pay DOE (Depending on Experience)
• Projects located throughout Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland, and surrounding areas

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise field crews on excavation and utility projects
• Coordinate daily job site activities to keep work on schedule
• Read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Communicate with project managers, inspectors, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure work is completed safely and meets project quality standards
• Plan manpower, equipment, and materials needed for daily operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site

Qualifications

• Previous experience running construction job sites
• Experience with mass excavation and underground utility construction preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Team player who works well with others
• Quick learner
• Reliable and punctual
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
