We are looking for a Director of Solutions Architects to join our Field Engineering team.
You’ll be responsible for building and leading a team of pre and post sales Solutions Architects supporting our startups sales organization across the Americas, helping customers ship incredible web and AI products using Vercel, Next.js, AI SDK and v0. You will drive technical excellence, mentor the team, and partner closely with sales leadership to win new business and expand existing accounts.
You will report to the VP of Field Engineering.
This is a hybrid position based in San Francisco, Austin or New York, with a required 3 days per week in office.
The San Francisco, CA pay range for this position is $340,000 - $425,000 OTE. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role.
