Systems AdministratorAustin, TX | Contract | Hybrid (2+ days on site)We are seeking a Systems Administrator to support and enhance a hybrid Microsoft infrastructure environment. This role will focus on systems administration, cloud operations, identity management, automation, and operational support while partnering with cross-functional IT teams to ensure a secure and reliable technology environment.

Administer and support Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and cloud platforms.

Manage user identity, access controls, and enterprise authentication systems.

Resolve production incidents and track service requests through completion.

Develop automation solutions using PowerShell and other scripting tools.

Support cloud infrastructure in Azure and/or AWS environments.

Monitor system performance, availability, and security across enterprise platforms.

Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and operational procedures.

Participate in on-call support and continuous improvement initiatives.
