Escolatica Floral Atelier & Boutique is a luxury floral boutique in Barton Creek, Austin, specializing in elevated floral design, curated gifts, and meaningful customer experiences. We're looking for someone who is warm, dependable, creative, and passionate about providing exceptional hospitality.

This is more than a retail position you'll become part of a boutique that values beauty, intention, and genuine connection.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with exceptional service.
• Process retail and floral sales through Shopify POS.Maintain a beautiful, organized boutique.
• Receive, care for, and merchandise fresh flowers and retail products.
• Package floral arrangements and gifts with attention to detail.
• Assist with workshops and special events.
• Help create Instagram content, stories, and reels (a plus).
• Support daily shop operations and opening/closing procedures.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Floral experience is a major plus (but not required).

Social media, photography, or content creation skills are a bonus.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.

Able to lift flower buckets and stand for extended periods.

Weekend availability required.
