Sales Executive / Business Development Manager - Fire and Life Safety

Our client, a large Fire and Life Safety equipment and service company in the Austin metro area is looking to add a driven sales executive to their team to promote and sell fire protection systems, inspections, and service contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target sectors (e.g., commercial, industrial, healthcare).
• Build strong client relationships and provide tailored fire protection solutions.
• Deliver presentations, create proposals, and close sales.
• Educate clients on fire safety regulations and best practices.
• Negotiate contracts and coordinate with internal teams to ensure service delivery. Qualifications:
• Sales experience in facilities services, equipment, or industrial sectors
• Knowledge of fire protection systems is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client's sites within the Austin area.

Preferred

• Experience with commercial, healthcare, or industrial clients.
• Familiarity with fire codes and certifications (optional but beneficial).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
