B2B Telemarketer

We're looking for talented individuals with B2B Telemarketing experience. Preference will be given to those with experience doing outbound calling for telecom, credit card processing, shipping logistics or financial services.

You will be calling Texas businesses for 4 hours per day M-F between 9am-5pm CST to set appointments for our business consultants. Your goal will be to get past the gatekeeper and speak with the CFO to schedule an appointment. You will have the option to choose what hours to work during the 9-5 window.

A 4 hour day is expected to result in over 80 calls and 2 appointments. Upon request you will also need to send out marketing emails and followup with prospects at specific times.

A bonus of $50 will be given for each qualified appointment. An additional bonus of $150 will be given for closed appointments with the monthly goal to set 10 appointments of which we close on 4 appointments per month. Our close ratio has consistently stayed around 40% for over 2 years. Bonuses alone should exceed $1000/mo.
