Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Insurance Agency Producer Level II to join our team! This role is perfect for a proactive sales professional with a passion for building client relationships and delivering tailored insurance solutions.

As an integral part of our agency, you will drive new business through outside sales efforts, negotiate policies, and provide outstanding customer service across various insurance lines including property, casualty, health, and commercial insurance. Your expertise in sales administration, analysis, and communication will help us expand our reach and serve our clients with excellence. BILINGUAL PREFERRED

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through outside sales initiatives, including telemarketing and community outreach
• Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and present suitable coverage options
• Negotiate policy terms and premiums to secure optimal solutions for clients while meeting agency goals
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and policy details using sales administration tools
• Collaborate with team members to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
• Stay informed about insurance regulations, compliance requirements, and product updates to ensure accurate advice

Skills

• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual preferred)
• Knowledge of property casualty insurance, health insurance, commercial insurance products, and insurance regulation standards
• Familiarity with benefits administration and customer service best practices within the insurance industry
• Analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
• Sales administration experience with proficiency in maintaining detailed records and reports
• Ability to adapt marketing strategies based on analysis insights and market conditions
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build trust and long-term relationships with clients

Pay: $64,750.00 - $92,675.00 per year
