Office Receptionist / Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and friendly Office Receptionist to join our growing team. This is a fast-paced position that plays an important role in supporting our customers and daily office operations.

Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of incoming phone calls throughout the day.
• Take customer coffee and supply orders accurately over the phone.
• Print and process invoices and delivery paperwork.
• File and organize office documents.
• Direct incoming calls to the appropriate department.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with general inquiries.
• Perform general administrative and clerical duties as needed.
• Support the office team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
• Basic computer skills (Quickbooks)
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Previous customer service or receptionist experience is preferred but not required.
