Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to maximize rental occupancy and revenue for the holiday homes department Maintain a thorough understanding of local market conditions, competitors, and industry trends to inform pricing strategies and property selection Establish and maintain relationships with property owners, including negotiating rental agreements and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective advertising and promotional campaigns, utilizing a variety of channels such as online listings, social media, and direct mail Coordinate property inspections, repairs, and maintenance to ensure properties are in excellent condition and meet guests' expectations Develop and implement customer service standards and procedures to ensure high guest satisfaction and repeat bookings Manage the booking and reservation system, handling inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints that arise Monitor financial performance of the department, including revenue, expenses, and budget, and provide regular reports to senior management Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and regulations related to the holiday homes industry and ensure compliance at all times

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business administration real estate, or a related field (preferred) Proven experience in a similar role within the holiday homes or vacation rental industry at least 5 years Strong knowledge of real estate laws and regulations pertaining to holiday homes and short-term rentals Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with property owners and guests Proficiency in property management software and systems Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on achieving targets and delivering results Proactive problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset Availability to work weekends and evenings as required Must Rera License Must Driving License
