• Toddler Assistant Teachers (18m turning 2)

St. Martin’s Lutheran Preschool is growing and we’re excited to welcome a caring, dependable Infant Assistant Teacher to our team! We are a licensed, full-day early childhood program located in the heart of downtown Austin, just minutes from the University of Texas campus.

Responsibilities Include

• Supporting the lead teacher with daily routines and classroom activities
• Providing attentive, nurturing care to infants

• Assisting with classroom organization and displays
• Communicating with families and collaborating with teammates
• Contributing to a supportive, team-centered culture

What We’re Looking For

Someone warm, reliable, flexible, and team-oriented who enjoys working with infants. Experience in early childhood education is preferred but not required — we’re happy to train the right person with a heart for this age group.
