Guest Service Representative

We are seeking a Guest Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and providing exceptional guest experiences. This role is crucial in ensuring our guests feel welcome and valued during their stay.

• Duties:*
• Greet members upon arrival and provide them with information about available services
• Provide technology support in the simulator bays
• Assist members and guests with check-in and check-out procedures
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Operate the front desk and phone systems efficiently
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest records
• Support F&B Department Operations
• Requirements:*
• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a golf or resort setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• A genuine passion for guest relations and delivering exceptional service
