Electrical Foreman | Central TexasAustin Locations: Bastrop, Cedar Park, Temple, Manor & Taylor, TXI'm currently partnering with one of the Top 10 ENR-ranked electrical subcontractors in the United States to recruit experienced Electrical Foremen for a number of major commercial construction projects across Central Texas.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electrical field crews on active construction projects
• Coordinate daily activities to ensure project milestones are achieved
• Review drawings, specifications, and schedules to drive successful execution
• Plan manpower, materials, and equipment requirements
• Maintain quality standards and ensure installations are completed correctly
• Conduct toolbox talks and promote a strong safety culture
• Work closely with Superintendents, Project Managers, and trade partners
• Track productivity and maintain accurate field documentation

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of electrical construction experience
• Previous experience leading crews on large commercial projects
• Strong knowledge of NEC and electrical installation practices
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience within healthcare, commercial, manufacturing, education, data center, or parking garage projects preferred
• Texas Journeyman License is highly desirable
