• Salary of AED 25,000 - 26,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Providing full secretarial support to Partners and Associates within the Corporate team
• Complex diary management and meeting coordination across multiple time zones
• Preparing, formatting and amending legal documentation, correspondence and presentations
• Managing document production, proofreading and ensuring consistently high standards of accuracy
• Organising travel arrangements and preparing detailed itineraries
• Assisting with billing, expenses and matter administration
• Supporting the wider team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the practice

About You

• Previous experience as a Legal Secretary within an international or well-established regional law firm
• Experience supporting a Corporate, M&A or Commercial practice
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to supporting senior stakeholders
• Excellent attention to detail and a genuine pride in producing high-quality work
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
