Clinic Coordinator

Job Overview

The Clinic Coordinator plays a key role in providing a warm, professional welcome to clients and ensuring the smooth daily operation of the clinic. Responsibilities include greeting and checking in clients, processing payments and issuing receipts, assisting with insurance claim forms, and managing appointment scheduling for psychology, counselling, speech and language therapy, and occupational therapy sessions.

The role also involves supporting general office duties such as monitoring office and pantry supplies, photocopying, and contributing to a well-organized and efficient clinic environment.

• Timely and correct handling of payments and documentation
• Follow up on late and missing payments
• Support for insurance-related administrative tasks
• Maintenance of office and pantry supplies

• Qualifications/

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Nursing, Business, or a related field
• Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
• Excellent written and spoken English is a MUSTEmpathetic and professional communication style
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Discretion in handling sensitive client information.
