The Opportunity

Dizzy puts local businesses in front of customers where no one else can. Inside rideshare vehicles! Our in-car audio advertising platform plays targeted local ads alongside local live music and art scene content to a captive audience of passengers and drivers across the Boston area. And unlike traditional radio, every campaign comes with measurable performance data advertisers can actually see.

We're an early-stage startup, which means the territory is wide open. No competition in this space! The reps who join now lay the foundation of Dizzy success here in Boston, and beyond as we expand! Our commission structure is competitive and designed so you keep getting paid on the accounts you bring in, FOREVER! Residual income!

How You Get Paid

This is a commission-only role. We're upfront about that because it's the right fit for a specific kind of person: someone confident in their ability to sell, who wants their income tied directly to their results instead of capped by a salary.

10% of revenue on every account you close, for that account's entire first year

2% residual on those accounts every year after, for as long as you're with Dizzy

No cap. No territory shrinking once you succeed. No commission “resets.”

The residual is the part most ad sales jobs don't offer: close an account once, and it keeps paying you as long as the advertiser stays and you stay. Your income compounds as your book grows.

Commissions are paid on gross collected revenue on a monthly basis. Full commission terms provided in writing before you start.

What You'll Do

Prospect and meet with local business owners and decision-makers across the Greater Boston area.

Pitch Dizzy's advertising and sponsorship packages; restaurants, retail, services, events, anyone who wants local customers

Own your accounts from first contact through renewal

Work directly with the founding team on campaign ideas, pricing, and new sponsorship opportunities

Set your own schedule and manage your own pipeline

Who Does Well Here

You've sold before; advertising, radio, media, B2B services, insurance, real estate, anything where you hunted your own deals, or you're hungry and coachable enough that experience doesn't matter.

You're comfortable walking into a business and asking for the owner
