Corporate Travel Consultant

Job Purpose

The Corporate Travel Consultant is responsible for managing and coordinating travel arrangements for business clients, ensuring the corporate travel policies are adhered to while delivering exceptional service. This role involves providing expert advice on travel options, and handling bookings for flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.

The Corporate Travel Consultant works closely with clients to understand their business needs, optimize travel programs for efficiency and cost savings, and resolve any travel-related issues promptly. By leveraging industry knowledge and travel management tools, the Corporate Travel Consultant enhances the efficiency of corporate travel operations and supports the overall business objectives of clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute bookings, reservations, and ticketing for Corporate Travel clients with precision, ensuring accuracy and a seamless experience throughout the travel process.
• Provide expert advice on travel itineraries, ensuring that all arrangements comply with corporate policies and meet client preferences, while optimizing travel plans for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Utilize the most effective booking tools and suppliers to secure the best travel deals for our clients, enhancing service offerings and contributing to overall business profitability.
• Offer tailored support to Corporate Travel clients, managing their specific needs and preferences throughout their travel journey to enhance their overall experience.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints related to travel services promptly, delivering timely and effective solutions to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with travel suppliers, vendors, and service providers to secure the best rates and services for clients, negotiating terms and ensuring quality service delivery.
• Ensure that all daily sales closures are accurately processed, with all documentation completed in the reservation and booking systems.
• This includes precise reporting, proper attachment of supporting documents, and facilitating the collection of payments from customers.
• Stay current on industry trends and changes, providing clients with relevant travel options and recommendations to enhance their travel experience and meet their evolving needs.
• Experience & Qualification 4 years of experience in travel operations within the travel or hospitality industry.
• Sound knowledge of the UAE/GCC & International Travel segment.
• Proven track record with Corporate Travel client accounts.
